For fish, explain whether you want it whole, cleaned or filleted and how many people you plan to feed. Those details help us understand the order clearly and prepare it in a useful form. Calling also gives you a chance to ask what has been landed or sourced that day, making it easier to choose an alternative if your first choice is not currently available.

We provide same-day or next-day service for fish and bait orders, subject to the stock available. This can save time at collection and reduce uncertainty when you need a particular amount. Prepared fish can be organised before you arrive, while bait can be reserved for an upcoming session. It helps to have your preferred product, weight or number of portions, collection date and preparation request ready when you call.
